Michele Puddu, owner of the Puddu Michele Agricultural Farm in Sorgono, combines two worlds of biodiversity: the care of the Mattalona Fig, a local fruit variety, and the protection of native equids such as the Asinara Donkey and the Sardinian Donkey.
