Arbus Black Sheep

Giuseppe Saba is a guardian breeder who operates in Santa Teresa Gallura, committing himself to the conservation of two important native animal breeds: the Black Sheep of Arbus and the Sardinian pig. His daily life in the stable tells of a deep bond with nature and with the pastoral tradition, where each head maintains genetic characteristics that reflect the environment and the history of Sardinian breeding. Giuseppe's commitment is an example of care and responsibility towards local livestock biodiversity.
